Where does the money come from?

The commercial radio stations pay royalties to STIM.

How is the music reported?

The radio stations submit their play lists to STIM. Music used in radio advertising is processed according to separate procedures.

How is the money distributed?

In accordance with the information reported by each radio station or network of radio stations.

When is the money paid?

Twice a year (June and December). Each payment includes what was performed during the previous six months.

How can I file a claim/complaint?

Log into My Pages and complete the form  "Radio eller tv i  Sverige" (Radio or TV in Sweden) under Claim. A claim must be filed within three months of receiving the royalty information from STIM.
