Stim launches new co-working space and studios
Stim represents music creators from all possible backgrounds, experiences and genres, with the purpose of providing many of the necessities needed to succeed in today’s music industry. All members of Stim will be welcome to book the premises. There are also plans for an extensive schedule of events in the future, consisting of seminars, workshops and networking events in order to both provide industry knowledge and to create an important community space.
– We are incredibly proud to be able to open up Stim Music Room. The idea was born through dialogue with our members. Songwriting and composing can be a lonely profession, especially at the start of a career. Stim Music Room is our way to providepractical support in the songwriting process, in addition to creating a community space for our members. In other words, a natural progression of Stim’s core mission – to make sure songwriters get fairly compensated for their music, says Lina Heyman, Head of Rightholders Relations at Stim.
Stim Music Room is a 200 sqm large workspace in the Stim office building at Hornsgatan 103 in Stockholm. It comprises recording studios, a live stage, and open co-working areas where music creators will be able to work or meet other songwriters. Stim Music Room is entirely free of charge to book for Stim’s members.
