Why have I received an invoice for an additional handling fee?

The additional fee is a handling cost because a report on music usage was not submitted for your business.

As a licensee, you are responsible for reporting which music has been used and for the periods requested by Stim. This allows us to allocate compensation to the correct rights holders for the music you have used.

Haven’t used any music? That also needs to be reported on My Pages.

To avoid further consequences, you need to:

1.    Pay your invoice. If you have further questions about the invoice and/or your responsibilities as a customer, you are warmly welcome to contact us via our web form.

2.    Report your music usage.

This is easily done on Mina sidor – where you’ll find both a digital service and forms.
