How do I read the invoice?

Customer number: At the top of your invoice, you can see your customer number and invoice number. Please have these available when contacting customer service.

Basis for pricing: Under the heading "The invoice refers to," you will see the pricing information that the invoice amount is based on, which venue it concerns, and which music license the invoice refers to.

OCR number: To pay the invoice, an OCR number is always required. You will find the OCR number at the bottom right of the last page of the invoice. It consists of ten digits. You will also find the due date and invoice amount there.
