License for music in sports facilities

For public performance of music in sports facilities open to the public, such as swimming pools, ice rinks, or ski slopes, the licensee pays a fee to Stim as outlined below.

Reproduction

For copying, transferring, or storing music, such as on CD or other media used in the sports facility, the licensee pays a fee of 100 SEK per copy. Recordings where advertising and music are mixed require special permission.
The licensee shall pay the fee according to the interval specified in the License Confirmation or Special Agreement. The License Confirmation or Special Agreement also indicates whether the licensee should pay the fee in advance or retrospectively. If the licensee pays retrospectively, there are special rules regarding Reporting in the General Terms and Conditions.

Note regarding the scope of the License

Stim's General Terms and Conditions

Stim's General Terms and Conditions must be read and accepted when the licensee obtains the license.
