License for Background Music in Schools
For the public performance of Music in shared areas such as corridors, common rooms, rest areas, cafeterias, and dining halls, the Licensee shall pay a fee to Stim as outlined below.

The music area refers to the total area where the music can be heard.
The Licensee shall pay the fee in advance according to the interval specified in the License Confirmation or Special Agreement.

Definitions and Special Terms
Note Regarding the Scope of the License
It is specifically noted that the License does not cover Live Music or bar, DJ, lounge, and nightclub settings.

Stim’s General Terms and Conditions
