However, the minimum fee is SEK 740 per such production per year. The license fee must be paid for as long as the production is in use. The license applies only to the synchronization of image and music in smaller productions, such as internal corporate presentations, educational productions, exercise videos, art projects, concerts, religious services, and other minor productions.
This license does not apply to commercials or other advertising purposes, theme songs or signature tunes, TV productions or similar productions for online use, TV dramas, cinema films, short films, feature films, documentaries, or corporate presentations intended for external audiences. In these cases, a synchronization license from other rights holders is required. Read more about synchronization here and the relevant rights holders who can grant such licenses.
It is also noted that a license is required from the owner of the master recording if an original recording of a work is used in a production.
The Licensee must pay the fee according to the interval and other terms that apply to the main license with which this license is combined.

Note regarding the scope of the license
- The license only covers synchronization, i.e., the right to combine image and music in a production. For usage of the production, such as streaming in various contexts and/or the right to reproduce copies, refer to Stim’s other licenses at stim.se.
- Synchronization of music and images for the types of productions mentioned above is included in Stim’s licenses for “Music at work” and “Streamed music to image” (either with or without a fee). If the Licensee has signed such a license, there is no need to obtain a separate synchronization license.
- The license does not cover dramatic musical works/grand rights, such as operas, operettas, and musicals. Nor does it cover graphic rights (lyrics and sheet music).
