Prices and Special Terms and Conditions for Music Use in Aircraft

License for Music on Aircraft

For the public performance of music during boarding (on board the aircraft while it is not in motion), the licensee pays SEK 6,696 per aircraft per year.

For the public performance of music during flight (on board the aircraft while it is in motion), the licensee pays a fee to Stim per one-way flight as follows:

The licensee shall pay the fee according to the interval stated in the License Confirmation or Special Agreement. The License Confirmation or Special Agreement will also specify whether the licensee must pay the fee in advance or retroactively. If retroactive payment is required, special rules regarding Reporting apply, as stated in the General Terms and Conditions.

The licensee must pay the fee according to the interval stated in the License Confirmation or Special Agreement. The License Confirmation or Special Agreement will also specify whether the licensee must pay the fee in advance or in arrears. If the fee is to be paid in arrears, special rules for Reporting are outlined in the General Terms.
