Prices and special terms and conditions for music during sporting events

License for music during sporting events 

For public presentation of Music in conjunction with sporting events, such as individual competitions, championships, and training and friendly matches, the Licensee pays a fee to Stim in accordance with the table below.

Reproduction

For copy, transfer or storage of music on for example CDs or other media that is used at a sporting event, the Licensee pays a fee of SEK 100 per copy. Recordings in which advertisements and music are combined require special permission. 

The Licensee is to pay the fee in accordance with the range in the License confirmation or Special agreement. The License confirmation or Special agreement also stipulates whether the Licensee is to pay in advance or in arrears. *Gross revenue refers to revenue from registration fees, ticket sales or similar.

Special terms and conditions 

Music reporting of presented Music

The Licensee shall provide a Music report in accordance with the rules laid out in the General terms and conditions. Obligation to engage in Music reporting applies for the Music chosen specifically to be presented in conjunction with implemented sporting events (as opposed to music used in the background).

Other

Advance notice 

If Stim requests, the Licensee is required to notify Stim of planned events in advance. Notification must be provided seven calendar days before the planned event and include the date, venue and city.  

Visits 

Stim has the right to attend events for the purpose of checking that the Licensee has submitted accurate information on Reporting and Music reporting. Stim is to provide notification of attendance in advance and the Licensee is to provide two free entry tickets.
