How do I cancel my Stim licence?

To cancel your licence, log in to My Pages and select “Manage licences” in the left-hand menu. The notice period varies depending on when in the year you submit your cancellation.

  • Cancellation sent 24 Sep–24 Dec: licence ends from 1 January.
  • Cancellation sent 25 Dec–24 Mar: licence ends from 1 April.
  • Cancellation sent 25 Mar–23 Jun: licence ends from 1 July.
  • Cancellation sent 24 Jun–23 Sep: licence ends from 1 October.
