What is the difference between a report and a music report?

A report refers to things like the number of visitors, ticket price, number of hotel nights booked, and other details that determine the size of the fee.

A music report refers to the repertoire, meaning what was played. It’s usually submitted by the artist/choir/band performing, but if it involves foreign artists or classical music, the organizer is responsible for both reporting the event and submitting the repertoire.
