Submit your setlists via My Pages

On My Pages you can notify STIM when your music has been played live. The sooner you submit the information, the faster you'll get paid for the concert.

After you log in, enter which songs were played and when. We match your setlist with the organizer's payment, which allows you to receive compensation for the performance as quickly and accurately as possible.

Step-by-step guide to using the service

Overview of your concerts

The first thing you see is all your concerts in an overview. You can create a new report or continue an in-progress report at any time. In the overview, your concerts are marked with one of the following:

  • Complete: When details are missing in the report, for example organizer, venue or setlist.
  • Review & submit: Concerts you have started to report that are almost done. Review and submit as soon as possible.
  • Complete: Concerts that have been submitted to STIM.

Fill in the concert details

For each concert you need to provide the following information. You can easily choose from suggestions in the service instead of filling everything in manually.

  • Artist
  • Date
  • Venue
  • Organizer
  • Setlist

Add songs to your setlist

When you add songs to your setlist, the service helps you find the right ones. This makes it easier to quickly build a complete list.

  • Search for songs and select from the list.
  • Your most common songs are shown first.
  • Suggestions appear as you type.

Reuse previous setlists

If you've played roughly the same songs before, you can reuse a setlist and adjust it as needed. This saves a lot of time since you don't have to select song by song from scratch.

Status and confirmations

You get clear feedback in the service which makes it easy to follow your reporting. Make sure to keep track of the concert's status. It is only when it is marked as Complete in the overview that a payout for the concert is ready.

Good to know

Your setlist is crucial for us to be able to link your songs to revenue from live performances. In the service you get a clear overview of your reported concerts and what remains to be done.
