Prices and special terms and conditions for fairs

License for Music at Exhibitions

For the public performance of music in exhibition halls and conference venues, the licensee shall pay a fee to Stim as outlined below.

2026

0.33 SEK per visitor.

The total number of visitors at the exhibition is the basis for the fee.
Minimum fee: 394 SEK per exhibition.

The fee includes public performance of music in foyers, lobbies, elevators, conference rooms, exhibition halls, booths, common areas, restaurants, restrooms, and other similar areas accessible to guests.
The licensee shall pay the fee according to the interval specified in the License Confirmation or Special Agreement. The License Confirmation or Special Agreement also specifies whether the licensee must pay in advance or after the event. If the licensee is to pay after the event, specific rules for reporting are outlined in the General Terms and Conditions.

Stim's General Terms

Stim's General Terms must be read and accepted when the licensee obtains the license.
