License for music during sporting events
For public performance of Music in connection with sporting events, such as individual competitions, championships as well as training and friendly matches, the Licensee pays a fee to Stim according to the table below

Reproduction
For copying, transferring or storing music on, for example, CD or other media used at sporting events, the licensee pays a fee of SEK 100 per copy. Recordings where advertising and music are mixed require a special permit.
The licensee shall pay the fee according to the bracket shown in the License Confirmation or Special Agreement. The License Confirmation or Special Agreement also states whether the licensee shall pay in advance or in arrears. If the licensee is to pay in arrears there are special rules on Reporting in the General Terms.
*By gross revenue is meant income derived from registration fees, ticket sales or similar.

Special terms
Music reporting of performed Music
The licensee must report music as specified in the General Terms. The obligation to report applies to the Music that has been specifically selected for performance in connection with completed sporting events (as opposed to music used as background).

Other
Prior notification
If Stim so requests, the licensee is obliged to notify Stim of planned events in advance. The notification must be submitted at least seven calendar days before the planned event and must include information about the date, venue and location.
Visits
Stim has the right to visit events in order to verify that the licensee provides correct information about Reporting and Music reporting. Stim shall announce visits in advance and the licensee shall then provide two admission tickets at no cost.
Stim's General Terms
Stim's General Terms shall be read and accepted when the licensee obtains a license.
