For the public performance of Music in film, the Licensee pays a fee to Stim as follows:

For the public performance of Music in film, the Licensee pays a fee to Stim as follows:
Fee for free-admission film screening
The Licensee pays SEK 0.75 per visitor, but at least SEK 367 per invoicing occasion.
Fee for paid-admission film screening
1.06% of gross ticket revenue (excl. VAT), but at least SEK 367 per invoicing occasion.
Fee for free-admission film screening during film festival
The Licensee pays SEK 0.75 per visitor, but at least SEK 355 per festival day.
Fee for paid-admission film screening during film festival
1.06% of gross ticket revenue (excl. VAT). Minimum fee SEK 367 per festival day.
The Licensee shall pay the fee in arrears according to the interval stated in the License Confirmation or Special Agreement. Special rules regarding Reporting are found in the General Terms and Conditions.

Definitions and special conditions
Note regarding the scope of the License
The License covers music use in the cinema auditorium, foyer as well as spaces adjacent to and/or outside the cinema. It is specifically noted that the License does notinclude live music, bar, DJ, lounge and nightclub or music in food service. For more information, see Prices and special terms for each area.
Stim's general terms and conditions
Stim's general terms and conditionsshall be read and accepted when the Licensee obtains a license.
