Welcome to Stim Music Room! Here you can turn your creative ideas into reality with free studio access and a spacious co-working area.
At the top of the Stim building on Hornsgatan in Stockholm, you'll find Stim Music Room—an entire floor open to our Stim-affiliated members, with three studios and a co-working space overlooking Tantolunden. Book a free session in one of the studios, hold a meeting, or unwind with a coffee in a cozy armchair. We warmly welcome you to visit us at Stim!
Opening hours
Our co-working space is open to all Stim members. Come by to work for a while, have a meeting and a coffee. Mon–Thu: 9:00–16:30 Fri: 9:00–15:30 Weekends and public holidays: Closed Exceptional opening hours 2026: 09:00–12:30 on September 3rd Summer closure at the Stim Music Room Closed for summer weeks 27–32, reopening from August 5. Want to book studio time in August? New slots for Studio B will be posted in the booking system on June 30. During this period our studios are closed and we have limited capacity to handle booking requests and other matters.
Book studio time in the Stim Music Room
📣 New booking structure for Studio B Studio times are now released once a month and are booked via My pages. New slots are released on the 1st of each month – at that time the entire following month opens for booking. Each connected member can book one studio session per month. 📣 Studio A and C are booked by request. They can be booked by those who are already actively working with music production and feel comfortable independently using studio equipment and software. Email [email protected] with the desired day and time and a short description of the project, and we will get back to you. Stim Music Room is closed for summer weeks 27–32, reopening from August 5.

Studio A
25 square meters with space for up to five people. Soundproofed and acoustically treated, it's perfect for production, mixing, instrument and vocal recording. Offers a fantastic view over Tantolunden.
Studio B
9 square meters with space for up to three people. Acoustically treated and perfect for songwriting and demo recording. View facing Hornsgatan.
Studio C
20 square meters with space for up to five people. Soundproofed, floating construction, and perfect for recording live instruments. View over Tantolunden.
Stim Music Room Studio
A larger and flexible studio space for you who want to rehearse, record or try out new ideas. The room is well suited for bands, choirs, ensembles and other music projects that need a creative environment with plenty of space.
